To access and use DuneXpedia, Freelancers and Partners must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Pricing

Freelancers and Partners can book travel, safari, and tickets on DuneXpedia at B2B prices. You may add your own margin to the B2B prices when selling to your customers. DuneXpedia reserves the right to update pricing and availability without notice.

5. Invoicing

Freelancers and Partners have the option to generate their own invoices for customers or use DuneXpedia's or her affliate provider's invoice templates. Invoices must accurately reflect the agreed-upon pricing and margin.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon between DuneXpedia and Freelancers/Partners. Freelancers are not allowed to collect payments from the end customers directly. DuneXpedia may charge fees or commissions for using the platform, and these will be outlined in separate agreements.

7. Customer Relations

Freelancers and Partners are responsible for their own customer relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and disputes. DuneXpedia may provide support as outlined in separate agreements.

8. Compliance

Freelancers and Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using DuneXpedia. You are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, or certifications for your business.

8. Termination

DuneXpedia reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on DuneXpedia are the property of DuneXpedia and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our prior written consent.

11. Liability

DuneXpedia is not responsible for any actions, conduct, or transactions between Freelancers, Partners, and their customers. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes that may arise.

12. Changes to Terms

DuneXpedia may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
